Seating & QR check-in

A place for every guest

Seat your guests on the floor plan, and on the day everyone finds their own table by scanning a QR code at the entrance — no usher with a clipboard required.

1You plan the seating: tap a guest, then an empty seat

2On the day, guests find their own seats

  1. They scan the QR code

With their phone camera, on the sign at the entrance.

  2. They type their name

Search understands “Nastya” for “Anastasia” — and typos, too.

  3. They see their table and seat

Plus a floor plan with their table highlighted.

Questions & answers

We’re with you every step of the way

Here’s what couples ask us most. For everything else, the quickest answer is to try it in your account.

Create your wedding

1,490 ₽ per wedding — paid once, no subscription, unlimited guests. You can prepare everything — guest list, seating chart, invitation — without signing up or paying; you pay when you publish the invitation and send links to your guests.

No. The invitation opens in any browser from a link, and at the venue guests just scan a QR code with their phone camera. No app, no sign-up, no password — just a personal link.

The floor plan, the guest list and the table cards can all be printed in advance — the PDF is built from the same data you see on screen. Your wedding shouldn’t depend on the venue’s Wi-Fi.

Every photo goes through an AI filter: regular shots go live right away, while anything it flags as possibly 18+ waits for your approval and stays hidden from everyone until then. The day after the wedding, published photos are gathered into a shared photo album for your guests.

Yes — from an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file. The import fixes phone numbers that Excel turned into “9.15E+11” and shows you exactly what will be added before anything is saved.

Your invitation page includes a gift list: a guest marks “I’ll get this one,” so no one else gives you a second identical teapot. For guests who prefer to give money, there’s an envelope with payment details and a QR code for a transfer.

No. Your team gets its own link showing the day’s timeline and your guests’ song requests — and nothing else from your account.

Each event is kept completely separate: guests, tables, photos and links never cross over between weddings, let alone between accounts. This is checked automatically on every request.

Ten days after the wedding, your event is archived automatically: guest links, the QR code and the photo album stop working. For five more days you can download all the photos in one archive from your account; 15 days after the wedding they’re permanently deleted. Your guest list and RSVPs stay with you.
